• Orders are processed within 1 – 2 working days and typically delivered within 3 – 7 working days.

• After shipment, there may be customs fees. The amount varies according to the order and is determined entirely by the customs office and the laws of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these customs fees.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Items must be returned in their original condition within 3 days.
• Return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order if there is any fault in the product or broken (the product is broken with the report document), the full value of the order will be refunded.
• If the order is correct and there is no error in the product, the product will be returned with the customer bearing all shipping fees (shipping to and from the customer) and customs

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during delivery, you must:

• Open the package in the presence of the delivery person.

• Take photos of the damaged items.

• Request the delivery person to write a damage report.

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
